Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Simply send us a WhatsApp to arrange for the shipping.
How quickly can I get my eyeglasses?
We keep stock for the most common prescriptions of our default 1.60 HEV420 (high-index, high-energy violet light blocking) lenses so you can get them on the same day. You can check the prescription range at our buying guide. In the rare occasion that we run out of stock for your particular prescription, it will take approximately two weeks.
For made-to-order lenses like progressives, special lenses (e.g. high astigmatism, photochromic, 1.67 super-high index), and lenses out of the stated range, it takes about 15 to 20 days.

Can I just order online and get it mailed to me locally?
In some circumstances, such as the wearer not being able to travel or for other extenuating reasons, we can make glasses based on the prescription provided or requested. However, we recommend you visit us in order to confirm your prescription. Sometimes prescription cards can be kept for years and become no longer be valid or it may not contain the full details, which results in a lower standard of utility and service being provided to the wearer.
I am having problems buying or making payment online.
Contact us and we will assist you.
Can you hold my order and delay my eye examination date?
Yes, if you experience changes in your vision or eye condition that needs to be first seen and managed by an eye doctor, or have an upcoming appointment with your eye clinic, you should do so first, before making your new glasses. Just contact us here and we will arrange a new visit for you.
Can I make glasses with zero degree?
Of course you can! We have some fashionable frames that will make you more pretty/handsome 🙂
What if, after the eye examination, I am not able to do eyeglasses due to my eye condition?
If eyeglasses are not done after the eye examination, you have the option of receiving a refund for the remaining amount (amount you have paid less the cost of the eye examination).
What if I don't like the frame I have ordered, or if I feel the frame doesn't suit me well?
No worries, you can try on and choose from our frame selection in store when you come down for your appointment. We also accept payments in store if you wish to change, or top up to a better frame or make upgrades on your lenses.
Prescriptions
I am not sure about my prescription, can you check it again for me?
Sure, our eye examination includes getting a prescription, and this is included when you purchase a set of glasses from us. If you have issues deciphering a prescription given by your previous optical store, check out our guide below.
How do I read a prescription from an eye clinic or optical store?
Refer to our Prescription Reading Guide.
Can I duplicate my current eyeglasses or follow a prescription? / Can you check my eye 'power'?
Yes, we can follow an existing prescription or perform an additional check to get a new prescription. Check out what we do during an eye examination and our guide on how to read an optical prescription given by your eye doctor or optical store. Do bring along the original prescription and your current eyeglasses when you visit us.
I want to get my prescription from the store where I previously made my glasses. What details do I ask for?
The two most important details are the prescribed or refracted power, as well as the type of lenses prescribed. A prescription date as well as the pupillary distance (PD) would also be useful information. You may refer to this guide for more information.
I have an estimate of my eye power, can you do lenses based on that?
No, it would be irresponsible to simply estimate the prescription, except under certain circumstances where it’s the only reasonable option. A refraction will quickly determine a new prescription.
Will I get a copy of my prescription if I make my eyeglasses from you?
Of course! In fact, we encourage you to keep your prescription, to better understand what goes into a pair of eyeglasses, and to help you keep track of changes over the years. In addition, we are currently working to let you be able to access your prescription from our platform in the near future.
Products – Goods and Services
Just $95? Are there extra charges?
Our single vision package is priced at $95, $125, $155, or $185; the pricing depending on the frame that you choose. Our single vision packages comes, by default, with 1.60 high-index lenses that block high-energy violet light (1.60 HEV420), with no hidden charges. You only top up if your prescription goes beyond our very wide range, or if choose a different lens type, such as super high index 1.67, 1.56 photochromic, or progressive lenses. We don’t like hidden costs either!
Do you have branded frames or lenses?
To give you the best value, we collaborate and offer unbranded frames and lenses from large manufacturers, including Essilor. In many cases, the cost of a branded pair of glasses can get you three to five pairs of glasses from us.
From time to time, when we are able to secure branded or premium frames and lenses at competitive prices, we promise to offer them to you with significant and substantial savings.

I have seen glasses online for 29.90 or cheaper!
We practice an open, clear and fair pricing system, with a prescription range that covers the large majority of prescriptions without any extra charges, with optional add-ons depending on your needs. Our eyeglasses also include the necessary features, such as blocking high-energy visible light (HEV420), having an anti-reflective and anti-ultraviolet coating (AR UV coating), coupled with a detailed eye examination.
This means we never have to hard-sell you anything you don’t need, or shock you with prices of the add-ons that you do need. A simple and honest pricing system makes for easier shopping – and we encourage you to do a like-for-like comparison of our final prices versus other stores.
We do not recommend pre-made glasses or pasar malam (night market) readers for long-term use, or lenses without the basic functions like UV-protection.

Do you have discounts or promotions?
To give everyday good value to everyone, we do not mark up prices to run deep-discount promotions like other fast-retailers do. We do however have small discounts for certain communities, like Full-Time National Servicemen, students, and the elderly. Simply click the discount that applies to you when you check out your purchase on our e-store. For any individuals in need who need and are unable to afford an eye exam or a pair of prescription glasses, we encourage you to reach out to us on our CSR Contact Form with your needs and we will respond to you shortly.
Can I replace the lenses on my existing frame?
Of course! Select the “Lenses only” option at our e-store and we will take you through the simple process. Do note that we do not provide any guarantees or insurance on damage, breakage, or loss of your own frame – this is because frame materials can degrade over time. In addition, some frames may not be of optical-grade quality and may not handle standard mounting procedures.
I just lost or broke my eyeglasses, can you duplicate the same pair for me?
If you’ve made your eyeglasses with us, just contact us! If your eyeglasses are made elsewhere, please proceed to our e-store to choose a frame, and we can follow your current prescription if it is still good, else we also offer an eye examination.
Single Vision? Progressives? What are these?
Single vision lenses provide one prescription across the entire lens. Progressives, also known as multifocals or varifocals, are for presbyopic wearers who wish to correct both distant and near vision. If you’re above 40 years old and experiencing difficulties with near work such as reading or using the laptop when wearing your eyeglasses that correct your far vision, you are likely to be presbyopic. Check out our useful buying guide for more information.
Do you have bi-focal, progressives, office lenses, or other lens options?
We currently only offer both single vision and progressive lenses. As our made-to-order lenses use freeform techology, we are also able to customise office/workspace lenses and alter the corridor of progressive lenses.
Can I just come in to test my eye degree?
Of course! Select the “Eye Exam only” option at our e-store and we will take you through the simple process. Do note if you are using our prescription to do eyeglasses elsewhere, the optical store that is making the eyeglasses for you should check the suitability of the prescription and lenses as there are different kinds of lenses, and prescriptions can be altered depending on various factors.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Unfortunately, we do not accept trade-ins as we do not reuse frames or lenses. We sell only new products.
