Bring along any of your current eyewear and prescriptions, including those that do not work for you. Any information that you can provide us about your eyes and vision would be useful in helping us to provide you with a holistic vision screening experience.
We run by appointments, thus reducing any interaction between unrelated groups of customers. This also reduces your waiting time, and allows us to run efficiently, thus keeping prices low for you. Each appointment slot is between 25 to 30 minutes long, which includes 15 to 20 minutes for the eye examination and 10 to 15 minutes for the production of your chosen eyeglasses.
If you are coming along with a friend or family who is also keen to purchase a pair of glasses, do ensure that they have also booked an appointment slot with us. If you have issues trying to schedule such back-to-back appointments, contact us and we will assist you.
If you are coming for adjustments or collection of glasses, you can contact us to check if we are open and simply walk-in during our opening hours.
